OVEN BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1/2 c. butter, melted
Lemon Barbeque Sauce

Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a bag. Shake chicken pieces in bag to coat lightly with flour mixture. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side down in a single layer on cookie sheet or shallow baking pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn chicken skin side up and cover with lemon sauce. Bake 30 minutes longer or until tender.

LEMON BARBEQUE SAUCE:

1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder or salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. thyme or oregano

Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. I combine in a small jar and shake to mix. I also add a pinch of parsley then I use this sauce to baste the chicken several times while baking. I often double the amount of sauce to have enough for an extra baking.
