3 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. soft fine bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. minced onion
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp. horseradish
1 1/4 tbsp. catsup

Combine ingredients in order given. Pack into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 2 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before molding. Garnish with cinnamon apple rings, broiled peaches or onion rings.
