GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (opt.)
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced (opt.)
1 lb. lean ground beef
Salt

Cook onion and garlic in butter until transparent, add meat, cook and stir until it has lost its red color. Add flour, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes, add soup and mushrooms if desired. Simmer 10 minutes. Add sour cream and heat. Top with parsley. Serve on noodles or wild rice.
