STROGANOFF-HAMBURGER 
1/ 2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic or 1/8 tsp. flakes
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 lbs. fresh mushrooms or 1 (8 oz.) can
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add ground beef and brown. add mushrooms, flour, salt, and pepper; cook about 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4-6.
