HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. sliced cooked carrots (optional)
1 can (2 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 pkg. noodles, cooked

Combine meat, salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion in a large skillet and cook until meat loses its red color, drain grease from skillet. Add flour and stir, add soup and stir until hot. Just before serving add carrots, mushrooms and heat through. Add sour cream and heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles - 4 to 6 servings.
