EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 can cream of potato Soup
3/4 c. Milk
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 Egg
1 c. all-purpose Baking Mix
1 c. frozen mixed Vegetables, thawed
2 cans (4.5 oz) chunk Chicken Breast, drained

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix soup, 1/4 c. milk, pepper, vegetables and chicken in 9 inch pie plate. Mix remaining milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture.

Bake until golden brown.
