TERRIAKI LONDON BROIL 
Sprinkle meat liberally with unseasoned meat tenderizer and pierce with fork. Repeat on other side. Place in shallow pan and cover with marinade.

1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic

Marinate at room temperature for 5 to 6 hours, turning every 1/2 hour or so. Grill over hot coals 10 to 15 minutes a side, depending upon thickness of piece and desired degree of doneness. Save marinade and use a week or so later on a second piece.
