REFRIGERATOR STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 pt. strawberries
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. whip cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Clean strawberries and cut into small pieces. Mix sugar, salt and lemon juice. Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Dissolve over low heat and combine with berry mixture. Fold in whip cream. Add vanilla and turn into crust. Chill for 1 1/2 hours until firm. Two or three berries and a small amount of whip cream may be used as a garnish.
