POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) bag Oreida frozen hash browns
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. onion, minced
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix together. Put in 10 x 17 inch baking dish. Put crushed Ritz crackers on top. Cover lightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
