3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter, room temperature
6 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 pt. sour cream

Mix on high speed the first 8 ingredients for 4 minutes. Then add heavy cream and sour cream and mix 1 to 2 minutes. Butter 2 pound spring pan. Sprinkle sides and bottom with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool before removing pan.
