2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 c. white flour, 1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, cored and sliced
1 c. raisins (optional) or 1 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Batter will be thick. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
