LIGHT AND DELICIOUS CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 lb. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUST: Mix all ingredients and press on bottom and sides of springform pan. Place on a cookie sheet for easier handling.

FILLING: Add eggs one at a time to softened cream cheese and beat until creamy. Add sugar gradually and vanilla. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

TOPPING: Mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Top cheese cake and bake 5 minutes at 500 degrees. Chill and serve.
