Wash pickles and stand on end in clean, sterilized jars. In center of each jar place a good sized bunch of dill. Add 2 tablespoons of salt to each jar. Fill each jar with hot vinegar solution (2 quarts water plus 1 1/2 cups vinegar). Seal.
