GRANDMA BEVERLY'S BUFFALO WINGS | |
10 chicken wings, cut at joint, discard tips 1/2 lemon 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's) 1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt w/parsley (Lawry's) 1 (17 oz.) bottle chicken wing sauce (Louisiana Supreme) Separate wings into three pieces. Dispose of the wing tips. Place wings in a square Pyrex dish. Cover with lemon juice and toss. Add the seasoned salt, pepper and garlic salt. Toss again. Cover with wing sauce. Cover dish with foil and place in 300°F oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Submitted by: Uncle Butch |
