WALNUT HONEY BUTTER 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat butter and honey until blended. Add cream gradually in thin stream, beating until very light and fluffy. Fold in nuts. Cover and refrigerate in a small crock. Delicious on the cream cheese muffins or on toast, waffles or pancakes.
