ORANGE COTTAGE CHEESE JELLO
SALAD
 
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese (I use Hood's Country Style)
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored jello
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and cut in half
2-4 pkgs. mandarin orange snack cups, drained

Open and drain fruit well.

Combine cottage cheese and Cool Whip in large serving bowl. Sprinkle dry jello mix over the top and stir in thoroughly. Fold in well drained fruit.

Cover with Saran or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
