SWEDISH APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar + 2 tbsp.
1 tsp. cinnamon
6-8 apples, fresh/canned, Rome or Jonathan
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 egg beaten
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. nuts

Butter 9 inch pan. Fill with apples; add 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon on top. Mix butter, egg, sugar, salt and flour. Drop by spoonfuls and spread over apples evenly with knife. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with ice cream.
