SWEDISH APPLE PIE 
3-5 lg. apples
1 egg
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour

Combine above ingredients. Pour in baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

While baking, combine topping ingredients. Spread on top of apple mixture. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes.
