REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. salt
3 1/2 c. sugar

Mix thoroughly.

3 1/2 lbs. sm. cucumber pickles, sliced
1 1/2 lbs. sliced onions
Cauliflower, parboiled for 5 minutes (opt.)
About 1 tsp. turmeric

Mix vegetables with syrup. Place in container (glass). Allow to stand for 24 hours stirring two or three times. Put in glass jars. Keep refrigerated. May keep up to a year or more.
