QUICK SPANISH RICE 
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/3 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of pepper
1 1/3 c. Minute rice

Combine tomato sauce, water, onion, green pepper, butter, salt, sugar, mustard and pepper in saucepan. Cover and bring to full boil. Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir with fork. Serve. 4 servings.
