FRUIT COCKTAIL COOKIES 
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
7 c. flour
3 c. brown sugar
2 c. Crisco
4 eggs
2 c. fruit cocktail (drained)

1. Mix together the Crisco, vanilla and eggs.

2. Add salt, baking soda and brown sugar; mix well.

3. Add flour 1 cup at a time and mix well.

4. Stir in the 2 cups of fruit cocktail.

5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
