QUICK TURKEY CRUNCH 
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water

Spread 1/2 can noodles on the bottom of an 8 inch square, buttered, cake pan. Combine other ingredients; spread over noodles. Sprinkle remaining noodles over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes in a conventional oven or 8 to 10 minutes at MEDIUM HIGH power in a microwave oven. Serve 4-6 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
