CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 chicken
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. bread crumbs

Boil chicken until tender; cut in small pieces. Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Arrange broccoli in 11 x 7 baking dish. Place chicken on broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise and cheese, then pour over chicken. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serves 8.
