CHINESE CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. meat (beef, pork, chicken)
1 1/2-2 onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1 can bean sprouts, drained
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. sugar

Brown meat and onions. Mix all ingredients together. Cover with water. Simmer for 2 hours. Can be left in crock pot all day. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve with cooked rice or chow mein noodles.
