CHOP SUEY 
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. meat (leftover chopped turkey and pork work best)
2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. onions
Pepper to taste
2 c. boiling water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cans bean sprouts
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. molasses

Saute meat in butter, add celery, onion and pepper. Add boiling water with bouillon cubes. Simmer 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, bean sprouts, corn starch, soy sauce and molasses. Cook on low heat for 1 hour. Serve over Chinese noodles or cooked rice.
