CHOP SUEY 
2 c. pork (cut into thin strips)
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can La Choy mixed vegetables, drained
1/2 c. butter
2 c. diced celery
2 c. hot water

Melt butter in hot skillet; add meat. Stir and sear quickly. Add onions and fry 5 minutes. Add celery, salt, pepper and hot water. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add mixed vegetables and heat to a boil. Add thickening.

THICKENING:

2 tbsp. cold water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. La Choy brown gravy
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. La Choy Sauce

Mix well and add to skillet mixture. Cook until it thickens. Serve over Chow Mein noodles on rice.
