STIR FRIED BEEF 
Freeze beef until firm but not solid. Slice in 1/4 inch thick slices. Dip in seasoned flour; salt and pepper to taste. Fry in butter Crisco or butter over medium high heat until browned. Remove to a platter and keep warm. Serve with Stir Fried Vegetables.

STIR FRIED VEGETABLES:

1 c. broccoli flowerettes, separated
1 c. celery, sliced in 1/4 inch slices
1 tbsp. Crisco oil
1 c. cauliflower flowerettes, separated
1 c. onion rings
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce

Place all ingredients in non-stick skillet over high heat. Cook and stir for 5 to 8 minutes just until crisp tender. (Cook, covered, for half the cooking time.)
