1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. butter
1 can large pumpkin mix with spices included
2/3 c. Pet milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Take out 1 cup of cake mix for topping. Mix cake mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread in 9"x13" pan. Mix pumpkin mix with 2 eggs and Pet milk. Stir together and pour over cake in pan. Mix 1 cup cake mix, 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon with 1/4 cup soft butter. Mix and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
