GARLIC CHEESE LOG 
2 c. (1/2 lb.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Parsley leaves

Combine cheeses until smooth, using a mixer or blender. Add garlic salt; mix thoroughly. Divide into 2 parts; shape and roll in enough parsley leaves to coat. Chill and serve.
