CRAB SPREAD 
1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 green onion, chopped fine
1 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin

Mix together softened cream cheese, crabmeat, mayonnaise, celery, and onion. Set aside.

Heat undiluted mushroom soup. Remove from heat. Mix 3 tablespoons water with gelatin and add to soup. Add this mixture to crab mix and pat into a Jello mold. Mold overnight and serve with crackers.
