CRAB PATE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 env. Knox gelatin
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. finely chopped celery
Scant tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Heat soup. Dissolve gelatin i 2 tablespoons water (cold). Add to sup. Let it come to a boil to dissolve gelatin. Add cream cheese to hot soup. Let cool slightly and add rest of ingredients. Mold in oiled 4 cup mold. Remove when very firm and serve with assorted crackers.
