CRAB ARTICHOKE CURRY SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-a-Roni
6 sliced onion + 1/2 tops
1/4 c. sliced green olives, stuffed with pimiento
12 oz. diced fake crab
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts (drain & save juice)
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. Miracle Whip

Prepare Rice-a-Roni as directed omitting butter. Blend artichoke juice and Miracle Whip in bowl. Chop artichoke hearts in bite size pieces. Blend into bowl mixture. Add all other ingredients and mix. Chill.
