STUFFED PORK CHOPS (EA) 
6 pork chops
Filling
1 c. diced bread
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Nutmeg can be omitted if desired. Mix ingredients with milk to right consistency. Prepare chops. Brown chops on one side, turn browned side up and put filling on chop. Place another chop on top of filling. Bake for about 1 hour in 400 degree oven.
