PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. shortening
4-6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1 jar orange marmalade
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Brown chops. Season both sides with salt. Mix marmalade, orange juice, and nutmeg. Spread on chops. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
