STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. lg. mushrooms
1 stick butter
Sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Clean mushroom caps, remove stems. Put mushroom caps in baking dish. Chop stems finely, chop onion finely.

Melt the butter, add chopped mushrooms and onion and saute, add bread crumbs, garlic powder, parsley and cheese. If mixture is too dry add a little chicken broth or water to make a soft consistency.

Stuff mushroom caps, sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes until hot. Serve at once.
