BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained 1 1/2 c. cooked rice 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions In bowl, combine broccoli, rice, soup, cheese and 1 cup onions; mix well. Pour into a casserole dish and cover with remaining onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
