MARBLED CHEESECAKE 
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine ingredients. Press onto bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate, melted

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Stir chocolate into 1 cup batter. Spoon batters alternately over crust. Cut through batters with a knife for marble effect. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 250 degrees for 30 more minutes. Cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Garnish with mint leaves or strawberries.
