4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 heaping tbsp. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In pie plate, casserole dish or skillet (any dish with sides) place 6 tablespoons butter and let it be sizzling "popping" hot. Pour mixture into the hot butter and bake 20 minutes. This rises wonderfully and climbs the sides of the dish. When done sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve as a pancake with syrup or fruit compote. Serves 4.
