CHILI DIP 
3 to 4 garlic cloves pressed or minced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (15 oz.) chili without beans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. can ripe olives chopped
1 or 1/2 jar mild salsa
Corn chips

Saute garlic and onion in butter. Stir in chili, cream cheese (cut in small chunks), olives and salsa. Heat through and serve with corn chips for dipping. You might want to keep it hot in an earthenware bowl or chaffing dish.
