BOSTON BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. navy beans or pea beans
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 lb. salt pork

Wash beans and soak overnight. Put into bean pot. Add sugar, molasses, dry mustard, and salt pork. Add enough water to cover beans. Cook for 4-6 hours at 325 degrees. Stir several times during cooking and add water if needed. May be cooked in a crock pot on high.
