CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3-4 chicken breasts
1 1/2 heads lettuce
3 stalks green onions, scallions
1/2 c. sesame seeds, toasted in pans
1 slice fresh ginger
1 pkg. blanched almonds (sm. pkg.)
Chow mein noodles

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Boil chicken with slice of ginger/shred after cool. Slice scallions in small narrow slices. Toast sesame seeds in pan. Tear lettuce in small pieces. Add chow mein noodles. Toss with dressing.

Serves 8.
