1/3 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
8 c. prepared popcorn
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In saucepan, melt butter with garlic and oregano. Pour over popcorn; mix well and toss with cheese.
