HONEY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk
2 pkgs. dry yeast (dissolved)
3 c. water
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. cooking oil
4 1/2 c. all-purpose white flour

Mix together 3 cups whole wheat flour, the milk and the yeast. Heat together in saucepan over low heat the water, honey and cooking oil. Pour warm liquid over flour mixture. Blend at low speed (1 minute), medium speed (2 minute).

Stir in 1 cup additional whole wheat flour. Stir in 4 to 4 1/2 cups white flour. Knead about five minutes. Let rise until double - 60 minutes. Shape into loaves - let rise 45 minutes. Bake 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
