ELVIS PRESLEY CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oats
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. dates
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. walnuts

Combine brown sugar, oats and butter. Pour water over brown sugar, butter and oats. Let stand 20 minutes. Add all other ingredients together in a mixing bowl in order given. Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

PRISCILLA PRESLEY ICING:

5 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients together except coconut and spread on top of cooled cake. Sprinkle coconut on top and brown under broiler.
