ORANGE MINT DRINK 
2 1/2 c. water
2 oranges, grated rind of 1
2 c. sugar
6 lemons, grated rind of 2
2 lg. handfuls mint leaves, washed

Dissolve sugar in water; boil 10 minutes. Pour over juices and mint and cover with tight lid. Let stand 1 hour or longer improves flavor. Strain through sieve (then cloth). Can be kept in refrigerator. To serve from punch bowl, add 2 1/2 to 3 quarts of water (or part ginger ale). Add few drops green food color. Serve for weddings and such!
