RED VELVET CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 oz. red food coloring
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk

ICING:

1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 can coconut
1 c. nuts

Mix sugar, Wesson oil and food coloring together. In another bowl mix flour, cocoa, vanilla flavoring, eggs and buttermilk. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING: Mix all ingredients together. Cook on medium high heat until thick.
