CHOCTAW CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped red peppers
2 cans tomato sauce
4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 cans ranch style beans or 1 can kidney beans

Brown beef and onions in frying pan. Add peppers, salt, chili powder, paprika, cayenne red pepper and mix well.

In large pot mix beans and sauce. Simmer, then add beef mixture until boiling (for 20 to 30 minutes), stirring occasionally. Then let simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
