ELEGANT FISH FILLET 
1 lb. sole haddock or halibut fillets
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Arrange fillets in buttered 9-inch pie plate or oblong casserole. Dash with pepper; dot with butter. Spread soup over fillets. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and fluffy rice. Yield: 4 servings.
