FILLETS FLORENTINE 
4 med. fish fillets
4 tbsp. white wine
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 pkgs. spinach
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook and drain spinach. Place in casserole. Add fish, salt and pepper. Mix wine with soup, pour over fish. Melt butter and mix with crumbs, sprinkle over fish, top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
