FISH FILLET ROLL-UPS 
1 1/4 lbs. fresh or frozen broccoli spears
1 lb. frozen fish fillets
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can water
1/2 soup can milk

Cook and drain broccoli spears. Place broccoli on fish fillet; roll up and secure with a toothpick. Arrange in baking pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine soup, water and milk. Pour over fish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more. Serve on platter with sauce poured over fish.
